Today my wife and I had the wonderful pleasure of talking with Tania. We needed to reorder filters for our M9. Tania was very helpful and patient with us as we paused several times in our decision making. We finally made our selection and with Tania's help selected yearly automatic shipping .

Have had my mxl15 water ionizer for over a year now. How did I live without this before?!? I can't help but tell all my friends about it. My family and I cook with it make coffee with it and I drink so much more water now. Lost 15 pounds in the first three months. This water is truly a miracle. The customer service is great. They have chat agents who are always online if I ever have any "dumb" questions and they are always so kind to be patient with my curiousness. a+ five stars. Thank you life ionizers!

We have had the M9 Next Generation over the counter for a few years now. Having this machine from Life Ionizers has changed the way we enjoy water! The taste of the water is very clean and the benefits of the alkaline water are amazing. Needless to say, we are spoiled and will trust only Life Ionizers to supply us with the best machine for the price! Also, when I call, I am always able to find a person who can answer my questions. So, now we have ordered an upgraded machine which will be under the counter to replace the M9.

We bought our under the counter 8000 Ionizer about 9 years ago. I love it when it reminds me to change the filter. The alkaline water is something I have relied on for my health over the years. My plants love the left over acidic water which I catch in another container. The alkaline and pure water taste is great and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another when the time is right. I am now checking out their program to upgrade to a newer model. Tania is very helpful with what ever issue you might have, buying filters, upgrading to a newer model etc. Life Ionizers are a great product if you are looking for quality alkaline filtered water.

I have had my MXL-13 for 2 years and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this company to purchase from if you are in the market for an ionizer. Customer service is good and Tania is great at helping you work through any problems!

I ordered filters one and a half month ago and paid the full amount of this order. But I have nothing. I called customer service many times and they promise to ship my order on the next week, next week, next week. Nothing. Very bad service. I don't recommend to make any deals with this company. You will just spend a lot of money and they will use your money for a long time. You will have nothing.
