We believe products designed to work together create better outcomes for people and pets. The outcomes that actually matter — for your dog, your skin, your home — come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. Whether you’re feeding your dog, taking care of your skin, or cleaning up the kitchen, what you’ll find here are products that just work together, so you get better outcomes with less guesswork.

Reordering is so simple & I can change the date whenever I need to! Love getting the reminders! And our Fed Ex delivery man could not have been more courteous or friendly! We have been ordering this food for our 70# Bernadoodle since she was a puppy & she loves it!

Placed my order on-line, very easy no complications, received my order promptly, boxed and packed perfectly and my baby girl loves the dry food. I purchased the canned food for her to try, we will see how she does with that. Oh, and by the way my baby girl is a cat. Thanks for the great service!

First of all, every time I try to log in, even if I've changed my password according to your dictates, my password and/or user name are ALWAYS flagged as incorrect. Always. It's really annoying. So I called to get an extra bag of kibble and instead was sent and charged for TWO. TWO! And that was after telling the customer service rep that I only wanted ONE! I am not amused.

Thank you for your review, Karleen! Login troubles and a billing mix-up where you were charged for two bags instead of one must be incredibly frustrating, especially after clearly requesting just one. We've forwarded your concerns to our customer care team, and someone will be reaching out to you shortly. We truly value your support.

I inadvertently ordered 2 large bags of dog food as I was attempting to switch from the 20 to the 40 lb bag. The person who helped me was kind & deleted the second order & deleted the second auto ship. There is one thing though, I literally called at 08;00 because I was hoping to avoid the second charge. I know you can be called back, but I was concerned about the second bag fee.Your wait times are rather long.
