We believe products designed to work together create better outcomes for people and pets. The outcomes that actually matter — for your dog, your skin, your home — come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. Whether you’re feeding your dog, taking care of your skin, or cleaning up the kitchen, what you’ll find here are products that just work together, so you get better outcomes with less guesswork.

Delivery has been delayed for 2 days with no real update. This is a first and we will run out of food.

On a recent auto ship my order was not delivered on time. I chose to have the order delivered earlier because we needed it but it was a week late so we had to get a different food. No apologies or notice.

DW, we appreciate you letting us know about this. We're sorry your recent auto-ship arrived a week late when you'd arranged for earlier delivery—that's frustrating, especially when you needed it on time. Please reach out to our care team and they'd be happy to help. Thank you for giving us the chance to address this.

Easy, friendly, Customer Service and surprisingly I got a new product to try. Mr. Cosmo tried a product but he didn’t like it and they actually credited me. So we ordered his previous treat. They are a wonderful company that keeps my kitty healthy and I have total trust in. It’s wonderful to have a company that you can count on.

Thank you for your wonderful review, Cosmo’s! What a joy to work with a company you trust completely—and how wonderful that they stood by you when your kitty didn't take to those products. Thank you for being part of our family!
