The outcomes that actually matter — for your dog, your skin, your home — come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. I have been using life’s abundance for past 7 or8 yrs. More recently , I ordered a 12 lb bag & it was due to expire in like 3 mos when I only have 1 cat & order every 6 months. I was quite disappointed & ended up ordering smaller bag to avoid this problem. It arrived yesterday. I just thought you should know about this . I may not be the only one experiencing this issue. Aside from that, it is a great product & I am not planning to change . Respectfully,Evelynn Johnston

We appreciate your review, Evelynn! We appreciate you letting us know about the expiration date on that 12 lb bag — with your six-month ordering cycle and one cat, a shorter shelf life is frustrating. We've shared your feedback with our support team so they can assist you personally. We're always working to earn that fifth star!

Box was almost broken all the way open. FedEx had to return it to their warehouse for Inspection. Do a better job of packaging please

Thank you for sharing your experience, John. We're sorry your box arrived damaged enough that FedEx had to send it back for inspection — that's frustrating, and your package deserves better protection. We've already let our customer care team know, and they'll be in touch with you soon. Thank you for giving us the chance to address this.

FedEx is a mess. Four days late after I opened a case. Easy for you to think, “shopper, not us” but you choose them. Tgey are know for poor residential service

My order arrived quickly & was accurate, I like that the zip lock bags are easy to seal. It is a good product that my breeder used; my puppy loves it, but it is pricey.

Marilyn, thank you so much for your kind words! How wonderful that your order arrived quickly and accurately, and that your puppy loves the food your breeder trusted. The resealable bags sound like a handy feature too! We truly value your continued support.
