I had the best intentions for my puppy when I signed up for this dog food’s subscription but my dog simply did not like or eat the food. I tried so many different ways, wet, dry and mixed. I found myself in a pickle when I called to return the dog food and cancel the subscription. The company made me pay the $26 shipping to return it. (That is half the price for the dog food itself.) kind of ridiculous when I easily could have went to Petsmart, Chewy or Costco and gotten a full refund. So buyers beware. If you have to return for any reason, you will be stuck with expensive shipping fees. Non-refundable. Buy at your own risk!

Thank you for your review, Pe! We understand how frustrating it must be when your puppy didn't take to the food after you'd invested in a subscription, especially when the return process added to that disappointment. We've forwarded your concerns to our customer care team, and someone will be reaching out to you shortly. We truly value your support.

This dog food and treats are high quality and our Aussie loves this stuff. Expensive but totally worth it. Shipping costs aren't too bad and food always arrives fast. Compared to other kibble (Hills and Orijen) I feed my dog Lifes Abundance is just as good if not better.

I have used Life's Abundance products since 2002. My dogs have thrived as athletes on all of the selections including kibble, canned and freeze-dried. I do not have to be concerned about transitioning or adding new foods or treats. I like that there are now companion supplements to complement the different foods so that my athletic dogs receives the nutrition he needs to perform at his best. Life's Abundance meets all company business challenges with integrity and the staff is quick to answer any questions. No recalls give me peace of mind.
