I love my Willow tub!!!
When I ordered, I was told it would be 5-6 weeks before delivery. It was less than 2. I had a few questions that were answered promptly and thoroughly. I have never had a hot tub before and the tub I ordered, only had 1 review. I asked about that and they told me it was a new product. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful.

Bad delivery process
The delivery was nothing like agreed. The hot tub was delivered at my house in Vermont which is 5 hours away from where I live currently. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule a delivery appointment. What happened was two guys showed up in my driveway and dumped the hot tub in the driveway. They did not even come to the door of the house to see if anyone was home. I know this because I caught them on security camera. Also I just called about a question on the installation of the hot tub two days ago. And no one has returned my call

I am sorry for the issue with the delivery...that is definitely not how it is contracted to go. We will be here if there are any issues along the way. We are here Monday - Saturday (closed on Sunday and major holidays). We also have LiveChat on the website. We do our best to return any missed calls within 1 business day (did you call us or the manufacturer?).
