I am very happy with LifeStation. I live alone and felt anxious that if something happened, who would know?? Now, I wear my LifeStation necklace and know if anything should happen, I'm protected. Press the button and help on the way. It was like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. Thank you LifeStation.

so far so good - have not needed them in a true emergency; when the mounting point broke on my signal device they would not replace it.

Have only had Life Station for about six months and fortunately have not needed to send out an alarm. I have had two false alarms due to accidentally hitting the button when I was unaware of it. Got prompt telephone response. I have never giver LifeStation the code to my lock and they called one time when I first got the alarm and now I have a lock and they no one has called to get it. I will try to call Life Station) and give them my code today. Hope I never have to use the service but feel more secure knowing I have it.

I've used them once and they responded quickly. I would not use any other plan.
