I ordered 3 hats from them ($72 total). None of them fit me well so I sent them back. I got a refund for $52, after shipping and "restocking fee." I thought the latter was excessive. Then I saw the same (Lift Down) hats on Amazon--and for less (with FREE returns). Why buy directly from Lift Down? Looks like they're pricing themselves out of the business.

Very high quality materials. Great styling. I am going to order more. They made an error in my order but then fixed it and gave me additional hats at no charge as an apology. Nice service!

i would have expected higher quality materials from caps at this price. Specifically, the brims seemed flimsier than expected, the interior seam linings were off center at the apex of the cap, the material between the sweat band and the cap itself was sewn in a haphazard way. They were decent $8-10 caps but not what I had expected at the price I paid.

I like the hat. We ordered 4. My husband doesn’t like advertising or endorsements on clothing so these were a find. The beak is great for keeping the sun off your nose and protecting your eyes.

I need XL hat for my big head and adjusted all the out it was still to small and the quality is poor because trying to stretch it over my head the strap broke loose from the hat

The cap I bought didn't match the description that is in their website. What I received was a product of very poor quality and appearance. Also, on their website they make you believe that the company is in the USA, when in reality it is a Chinese company of those that manufacture garbage that only discredits the industry of that country.
