These people are scams. I ordered lights, came broken, wouldn’t replace them without a 5 star review “per their words” haven’t heard from them and still have a broken chandelier. DONT SHOP HERE

We recently installed the 15" version of the Round Wood Flush Mount Light from Light Fixtures USA. It's in a low dormer with a ceiling recess (where a 4' x 4' skylight was previously located). The recess is a little over 3" deep and the fixture is shallow enough that it actually sits above the main part of the dormer ceiling--nice to have that extra headspace! The light provides clear, uniform illumination. It works well with the dimmer switch our electrician installed. My wife does art in this space, so it was helpful that she could choose the color temperature. Note: We had originally selected a larger, more expensive light, but it was damaged during shipment. When I went to report the damage, I stumbled on this smaller one that looked more suitable for our space. I mentioned it to the customer support team. They agreed to ship us the round 15" LED light as a replacement for our original light--and promptly refunded the price difference to my credit card.

I have called the phone number provided over and over as various times of day and no one answer. I have emailed several times to return a damaged light. I get no response

We have purchased 4 light fixtures and they are all so pretty installed and the prices are very reasonable. We accidentally broke one of the globes and reached out to their customer service team to assist. They were prompt and gladly assisted with our dilemma!! Thank you for a seamless purchase experience!!!!
