Alan at the lighthouse was great. I would never use another locator, I felt like I made a friend after talking to Alan. He even checked on me after my move, gave me great advice about my puppies, and helped me after I moved.

Excellent company! Finding an apartment is always stressful. However, working with Alan, the weight was literally lifted off my shoulders. I changed my specifications multiple times, and every time Alan was ready to assist with no hesitation. He definitely goes the extra mile and the end results proves just that. I have already recommended lighthouse to my friends and will continue to send more y’all’s way. Thank y’all so much for such a wonderful service!

Matt and the Lighthouse team turned the nightmarish experience of moving into a streamlined and effective experience for me. Matt scheduled a day of tours for me and even made A FREAKING EXCEL SPREADSHEET to show me locations, square footage, rent specials, etc. For each place. This is a service I would've PAID for, especially being from out of the area, but they instead paid me! I was skeptical at first but now I can't imagine how anyone could do this on their own. You guys are responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough, and I can't thank you enough!!!

Had another locator with another company helping me but never did a thing, as soon as I found Alan with Lighthouse, man o man I was excited. He started working right away WITH RESULTS. I cancelled the other locator and within a couple of hours Alan had a list of places and by the end of that first week I had made my decision and signed a lease. He made a big difference in my search or else I may still be out there driving around and searching for a place to live. Good Job Lighthouse. GREAT JOB ALAN!!!

Alan Chang was very patient, kind, provided great service and was very knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend him in assisting you with finding a place to live. Unlike most agents he works around the clock and responds to emails at 2a.m. He was great!

Worked closely with the team and they were able to get me a great spot.

I don’t have one bad thing to say about lighthouse!! Alan Chang helped me every step of the way and I couldn’t have pulled off this move without him!! I told him what I was looking for and what area I was looking In and with 30/40 mins he sent me a detailed List with over 10 places And had set up two appointments for the following day. He was available every step of the way and I could not have done it without him. Lighthouse is genius not only are they professional and on top of it they also give you half of the commission they make....HALF!! I’m excited to see this business grow, I’ve literally told everyone about them!

Moving is always stressful. However, moving on a tight schedule in the middle of a pandemic can be even worse. I had just about given up when I found Lighthouse. I filled out a quick form and heard back from Alan the next day. Within a matter of days, he found us a great apartment that met all of our needs. He took the stress out of our move and for that we are so thankful. We recommend Lighthouse to everyone now!!! You owe it to yourself to give them a try. I promise you won't regret it.
