Sydney was extremely helpful and very prompt.

Reeeeally great resource when trying to navigate through this saturated market. The cash back incentive is gold of course but even if they didn’t include that feature, the quality of service would make me come back!

Sydney was amazing! she made sure I got my cash back even after forgetting to credit Lighthouse as reference. she helped me through every step and explained everything that was going on. Definitely will be using this platform again if I move apartments!

Gabby is the absolute best! In the ups and downs in my pursuit to finding an apartment that would accept me, she was always understanding and encouraging. She sent me apartments that I never knew were here along with move in specials. The entire experience was amazing, Gabby would respond to all of my questions through text when I was working and was so friendly and sweet I always looked forward to hearing what she had to say.

I moved to Houston and I was having an issue because 11 years ago I had an eviction so when I got to Houston I couldn't find an apartment that would rent to me even with a cosigner. I first tried to go through this company that supposedly help with second Chance apartments and that was a waste of time. Then I found lighthouse and I put my criteria in and the first place I went to I got my apartment. I wish I went to lighthouse at the beginning. Thank you Lighthouse!

Shelbi Moss was one of the best agents to communicate with and was incredibly helpful through the entire process! 100% highly recommended in your apartment search process!!!
