spent $20-us got 4 half reasonable translations from a jpeg. Then I started getting a monthly limit reached error after about 15 minutes. I thought it was a mistake! a fault! but found that it is not possible to contact them. Much wasting of time, That's $5-us a page to translate 20 or 30 words in 15 minutes of trying to get it to work I see this as a rip-off, a big waste of time. Gary from Australia

I would not recommend this software. I emailed customer support requesting a refund and have not received any response. Additionally, the translation features do not work properly and often produce inaccurate results, making the software difficult to use for its intended purpose. The lack of communication regarding my refund request, combined with the unreliable translation functionality, has made for a very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Translation was poor. Formatting was the same. Does not cost a cent I paid for one month. Hope they won’t be able to charge again. Cancelled.

Hi Kirill — thank you for the feedback. Linnk preserves your document's original layout and aims for fluent, natural translations; when the output looks off, it's most often the translation mode — for example the layout-preserving 'Same Look' versus the OCR-based 'Smart Scan' for scanned files — or the source file itself. Our team would be glad to look into your specific case and make it right. Could you email [email protected] with the account address or receipt number used (and the file, if you still have it)? Translated files are automatically removed after 48 hours for privacy, so we're happy to re-run anything that's no longer in your history.

Scam - intended to sign up for DeepL, but misleading sponsored post lead to Linnk. Translation was poor and formatting was abysmall. Avoid.

Hi William — thank you for the feedback. Linnk and DeepL take different approaches: we focus on preserving your document's original layout and formatting and on translation fluency, which is where we believe Linnk performs strongest. When a result doesn't read well, it usually comes down to the translation mode or how the file was set up rather than the engine itself, and our team would be glad to take a look. Please send the file or a few details to [email protected] and we'll review it and help you get a better result.

I started a translation through Google Translate, in the process, I was automatically diverted to Linnk.ai and prompted to sign up for an annual contract, to continue my translation. I needed the translation so I entered into a $15/mo. subscription. Two translations in -- I was unable to continue translation through my $15/mo. subscription and prompted to buy another subscription, to continue. Because I had an immediate need for translation services, I once again entered into another annual subscription, this one for $20/mo. I was able to complete my translations (8 pages) and Googled "how to cancel a Linnk.ai subscription" and was given an email address for Linnk.ai and instructions how to cancel the subscriptions. I followed the instructions and sent Linnk.ai an email asking for (1) a $20 refund for the unneccessary added subscription and (2) a request to cancel recurring charges associated to my subscriptions. NO REPLY FROM Linnk.ai. One month later, I received two debits ($15 and $20) from Linnk.ai, automatically debited from my checking account, associated with my original subscriptions. Linnk.ai operates with deception and will process unauthorized charges to whatever source you used to pay for your subscription(s). BEWARE. Do NOT use Linnk.ai. And SHAME on Google Translate for diverting my original translation to Linkk.ai.

Hi William — thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry. You contacted us on April 10 asking for a $20 refund and how to cancel, and we didn't get back to you — that's a mistake on our side. Both subscriptions have now been cancelled, and we've refunded the duplicate charge; together with the reversals already returned to your card, you've been refunded everything beyond the $15 for the pages that were translated. If anything still looks off, please write to us at [email protected] and our team will make it right.

Made me pay a year, took my $100, doesn't work, no support. This is a FAKE COMPANY.

Hi — we're sorry to hear this, and we'd genuinely like to put it right. Linnk is a real service and our team does answer support requests, so it's possible an earlier message didn't reach us. If you email [email protected] with the address or receipt number on your payment, we'll locate your annual subscription, look into what went wrong, and sort out a fix or refund — we want you to actually get the translations you paid for.
