I like such options as rules, with which you can achieve almost anything you'd like. Statistics are great, API requests also allow to implement many things.

I have seen a lot of different tools like this, even purchased several but this is by far the best value for money.

I researched major 5 helpdesk offerings (SaaS and on-premises) and found LiveAgent (ladesk.com) feature-complete and ease to use. I like on-premises option because it allows greater flexibility and security when integration with back-office apps is needed. Solution is in our full control! Support is excelent (of course they are using their own tool) so agents respond quickly and with detailed answers.

Does almost all we need to handle support stuff. Would be nice if they implement some database optimization tool - after several years of usage our db is huge and slow in some cases.

LiveAgent is the perfect solution for my helpdesk and chat support needs at a fraction of the cost of similar products. But what's even more impressive: the provide the best customer service and are always reachable over chat for on the spot support.
