Bought Lobsters for my mom for her birthday, and they showed up DEAD!! Unacceptable!! The money customers spend to have this " Lobster" experience for gifts. Should be 100% LIVE. I worked in a Lobstwr Hub and this tells me they were almost dead before ship out. I have sent her many shipments, from other companies and have had great service. Yours was TERRIBLE!! I hope you actually look at this and address situations like this accordingly. If this isn't handled through your service department, my assumption would be accurate and know this is a every day experience dealing with your company.

Quick ship as promised. Fresh. Easy to buy online. 3 alive, 1 dead. All full. Ordered 4 2-pound lobsters and only one of them was 2 lbs. The other three were slightly less even though minimum 2 lbs was guaranteed.
