Loopy CasesReviews of loopycases.com

I never thought that my cat, Anchovy, would be the reason I became an even bigger fan of Loopy Cases, but here we are! 😂 Annie got ahold of the loop on my phone case and apparently had plans to run off with my entire phone. Unfortunately for her, it was a little too heavy to carry, so she gave up on that plan and settled for snacking on the loop when I wasn’t around. 🤦🏼‍♀️ When I went to the Loopy Cases website to purchase a replacement, I couldn’t find the specific color loop that came with my case (Whimsy). I reached out to customer service fully expecting to be told that replacement loops weren’t available separately and that they only came with the original case. Boy, was I wrong! Loopy Cases went above and beyond and actually shipped me a replacement loop FOR FREE! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve never had a company take care of me like that before, and it meant so much to me. They could have easily said no, but instead, they chose to help me out and made the entire experience amazing. It’s one thing to sell a great product, but it’s another thing entirely to stand behind your customers and show that you genuinely care. That kind of customer service is rare, and Loopy Cases has absolutely earned my loyalty. Needless to say, Annie may be a tiny menace, but she has officially helped secure my lifelong loyalty to Loopy Cases. 😂❤️ I will NEVER buy another phone case from anywhere else!! Thank you, Loopy Cases, for being such an incredible company and for going above and beyond for your customers. You have a customer for life! ☺️

Just wanted to give Loopy Cases a shoutout. The loop on my case broke during normal use, and after I reached out, they honored their lifetime guarantee without any hassle and sent me a replacement. It’s refreshing to see a company truly stand behind its products and warranty. Great customer service and a company that sticks to its word. Highly recommend!

I have been using a loopy case daily for two years, the loop on the back just ripped. I emailed them and within less than 24 hours they are sending me not one but two replacements for free because of the warranty. I have had a great experience with Loopy! Absolutely love this case.!!

5-Star Review for LoopyCases.com Title: Best Phone Case I’ve Ever Owned – Loopy Changed the Game for Me! I’ve been a loyal Loopy customer for years now, and I honestly can’t imagine using any other phone case. The innovative finger loop is a total game-changer – it gives me such a secure grip that I’ve stopped dropping my phone entirely (and trust me, I was a chronic dropper before!). It’s super comfortable, lets me reach every corner of the screen one-handed, and makes multitasking so much easier, whether I’m texting, taking photos, or juggling groceries. The quality is outstanding – slim yet incredibly protective, with that perfect bumper that guards against everyday bumps without adding bulk. I love the fun designs and interchangeable loops that let me switch up my style whenever I want. Plus, the lifetime warranty gives me total peace of mind. What really sets Loopy apart is the amazing support team. They’ve always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Everything about this brand screams quality and care – from the product to the customer experience. If you’re tired of slippery phones and bulky cases, do yourself a favor and get in the Loop. Loopy isn’t just a case; it’s a must-have! Highly recommend – 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Johnny W
