STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Total scam behavior. I accidentally purchased too many licenses this morning, so I reached out to the support team to rectify the situation and get a refund: "Hi there, I accidentally upgraded my Lucidchart plan to five licenses. I only need three Lucidchart licenses and three Lucidspark licenses. Could you please refund the two extra Lucidchart licenses and adjust my plan accordingly?" Here was their Customer Service Team response, "Thank you for contacting Lucid Software! I would be happy to help you with this. Unfortunately, this charge is not eligible for a refund."

Do not use it

It's an online scam. I wanted to try the app for a month, but I was immediately charged for a year, with no option to cancel or get a refund.

I got scammed by these fraudsters as well. Signed up for free trial and had to put in card and was instantly charged for full year! Needless to say, never returned my email to them. I’m just so surprised that they can get away with this. I paid by credit card so can get payment back as I can show that I got an email charging ke 1 minute after signing up but please guys - don’t sign up to them.

Good platform for General diagramming

DO NOT USE - CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER AND THEY REQUIRE YOU TO EMAIL TO AVOID CONFRONTATION. Absolutely terrible customer service, and they do not give you an option to REMOVE your credit card. Yet again another business that wants to emotionally and mentally manipulate you via requiring you to keep your payment information uploaded at all times. Do not waste your time.

Terrible, i mostly never leave reviews but this one is the worst charting tool. I worked for over an hour on a diagram and at the end they tell me that i can not add more shapes. What was even the point in doing that, somehow these companies think i will pay a subscription in this case. When using grid snapping does not even work normally, the grid is not even useful especially if you zoom out you get a terrible alignment. And of course cherry on top "Lucid AI"

I hadn't used Lucidchart for 4 years and just realised I'd being paying. Their renewal notices went to spam so I was hit yet again. No feedback from customer support.
