We've been using Lucky Orange for over a year to identify areas on our main landing page that we could improve. The set up for that was pretty straightforward, and we gained a lot of insight from it. We recently decided to try expanding our use case and employ Lucky Orange on our software page. This set up proved to be trickier. After playing around with it for a bit and having no luck (not for lack of ease of use on the platform, but rather knowledge gaps on our side) I reached out to Lucky Orange to talk to a member of their team. They replied promptly and sent a link to easily sign up for a time to connect. Although I'd say our use case is a little outside the normal realm, their team had no trouble giving me detailed advice on how to set up our Lucky Orange portal to work towards our goals. They also took the time to show me other areas of the tool that I hadn't considered looking at before, such as the ability to see at a glance whether visitors to our site are mobile or desktop users. I'm so impressed by this tool and would highly recommend Lucky Orange for anyone looking to gain more insight into who is visiting their site and how the visitors are interacting with the pages!
