I purchased a backpack at Luosophy website, I contacted costumer service due to a delay in shipment notification and they responded promptly. A discount offer for next purchase was given and the shipping was expedited. The item arrived in perfect condition. I verified the item was original. I will definitely shop at Luosophy again.

They take forever to respond on a return and they will request for you to purchase your own label and charge you a $35 fee to return

Hi, our customer service replies to emails within 24 hours. Sorry that maybe it did not meet your expectation, but this is the best we can do for now. We are still a small team so don't have enough resource to reply so fast. The return policy is written on the webpage. Our return team is just follow the rules to process the return. Please send us an email if you feel anything unsatisfied. We will do our best to solve it for you. Thank you for understanding.

I requested to return a product due to size and even asked that they make an exchange. I was sent an email stating they were a small business and asked me to keep the product for a discount. I told them I needed the next size up and they never responded.
