A few things, the prompt delivery, the quality of the produce--except you need to improve the zipper, on both dresses it gets caught and the fabric change and the decorations, BUT what you can be most proud of is your CS support. Totally two of the best I have yet to speak with in all my years of needing to speak w/CS reps. Cograts on your staff.

Mac Duggal always come through. The company answers your questions by email right away and they look into a problem whether it turns out to be or not. They explain what happened and why to your satisfaction. It’s been a pleasure shopping with them as they have the best inventory.

Well…shame on me for not realizing you charge a restocking fee and return postage. You do realize that stores like Macy’s and Nordstrom sell your products and do not do this! It’s free! I’m afraid, when possible, I won’t order from you directly.

Thank you for your feedback—I completely understand your frustration. We do offer a prepaid return option at checkout for $7.98, which covers the full return cost. If that option isn’t selected at the time of purchase, the standard return fee is $20 to cover return shipping and processing. We recognize that some department stores offer free returns, and we certainly understand the appeal. As a direct brand, our return structure allows us to continue offering a wide assortment and maintain the quality and service you expect.
