Ordering from Maclocks was an easy process as I used their website and the support from their staff was outstanding.

Fedex Canada is going to slap you with a customs fee as large as the cost of the item itself :-(

Didnt receive all of my product- reached out to customer service and no one responded

I failed to look through the packing material for ALL the parts and thought one was missing. John took the time to walk me through the process in places where the instructions were vague, ensuring the product was working as expected. Solid product and would recommend!

They are very quick to fill orders. If something is backordered, they communicate well and even try to find you a similar product. I have filled many purchases with them and they have been an awesome company to work with!
