Ordered an external drive that Macmall said in was in stock, apparently it was not and was put on back order. Twenty days later I found the same product on Amazon and can have it in 2 days. I canceled the order without hassle, but Macmall missed the boat.

Would not send the computer I had ordered to small hotel where I was staying. Made it very difficult and convoluted to purchase this item.........and ended up canceling order and taking business elsewhere. Lost a customer.

I thought I paid for the Philips dual screen DVD players but I received my shipment with only one monitor. I read the advertisement over and over and it states dual screen. Now i feel like I have been cheated out my money. I called and spoke with someone and he said he had to get an update from another company
