Macmall sent me the wrong item, not the item I ordered. I called and sent it to take pictures and then I have no answer. Nextday Macmall came to the phone and solved it.

Ordered a MacBook on 11/27/2017. Was last scanned at UPS warehouse on 12/5/2017. It never left the warehouse and I never received the MacBook. Called MacMall at least 3 times to have the issue resolved. During my first call MacMall offered to ship a replacement but bill me one more time, promising refund once the whereabouts of the original shipment had been determined. I declined as I didn't have enough funds to pay for a replacement (why should I pay anyways? It's MacMall's preferred shipper who lost the package). During follow up calls they tried to buy time, refusing to tell me when I would receive my refund. When I asked to talk to the supervisor he "was on the other line" but would "call me back soon". Of course, this never happened. I contacted MacMall through their website where they promise to answer within 24 hour on business days. 48 hours later, still no response. MacMall is an unprofessional outfit with non-existent customer service. Their reps are just blowing smoke up your rear end. I ended up buying a MacBook at Best Buy when my other paycheck came in. Was even cheaper than MacMall and came with free software. Will never shop at MacMall or PC Mall again. Update: Shortly after posting my review, MacMall contacted me and refunded my purchase entirely. I wish they would have responded in a more timely manner. They could have avoided this review and would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. Anyhow, the deal fell through because UPS lost the package but looking back at the time I spent on the phone with UPS and MacMall customer service reps without getting anything accomplished, I'm not sure if I would buy from them again.
