They had the best price I could find, plus free shipping! Delivery was fast.......I give 5 stars.

My computer was ordered on the 20th and shipped on the 21st. It is now the 29th and I still have not received it. I have attempted to trace it on UPS, where it shows a delivery pending every day. I now call UPS and they have no location for it for the past 48 hours, but insist that I have to wait another 24 hours before filing a claim!

Did not receive email conformation of my payment until the next day. It took over 24 hours to confirm payment. Second, I still have not received an email stating that my item has been shipped or a tracking number. I guest that amazon prime has gotten me spoiled. This is why I shop on Amazon more than other websites. My advise to Macmall is to automate, automate and automate! Thanks, Marcus

Macmall is a great site! We were able to find everything we needed to for our new Mac purchase. We ended up buying the actual Mac from the Apple website as their delivery date was a little better, otherwise we would have ordered everything from Macmall.

Terrible customer service. I think they outsource overseas. I know it keeps cost down but in this day and age customer service is a number 1 priority. I would not want to trust my brand to some third party company overseas. Long story short they thought my order was fraud. Was not transferred bot told to call some other 800 number. The agent put me on hold for 15 min while he “researched’ the order. Not sure why a hold was needed. A strong contact center would have made small talk with the customer. Not one came back so I called to cancel the order. Was told order was cancelled only to get a tracking number later that evening. Called back and let them know and was shown no empathy. I asked if they could give me additional discount to keep the part. Was told no they could only do full refunds. So now they are going to have to pay shipping to get the part back. I would have kept the part if they gave me like a $20.00 credit. That would be cheaper than the return label and the labor to process the return. Plus you would thing agents would be able to do something for customers under a certain dollar threshold. Anyhow in the day and age of Amazon you will not survive with current process in place. As for me you lost out on my LTV and I will not be back. UPDATE: A Team Lead reached out and worked to make things right. I fully understand all companies have room for improvement. The true measure of how seriously a company views customer service is how the respond and resolve an escalated issue. We came to a fair agreement for both parties and I will continue to use them knowing that they stand behind customer experience.

Product was exactly as described. Good communication and great price!

Flow of the order went very smoothly, from looking up the product that I needed to checkout to the end.

Product was delivered on time and the price was excellent. Thank you, Macmall!
