got scammed out my money what can i say. Cheat goes down the moment i buy it. then they said take your business elsewhere when I refused them for trying to give me something $7 worth vs $60 as compensation. pathetic.

I first bought a 1-day ESP for Arena Breakout, and after that I decided to buy a more advanced version for 7 days. Turns out it was updating and couldn't be used. To be fair, it did say "Updating" on the website and I missed it, so that's partly on me. But I still think it's ridiculous that they let people buy something that isn't working, especially when they have no idea when it'll be available again. While waiting, I bought another day of the cheaper ESP and ended up getting a 10-year ban. I know there's always a risk when using cheats, but it's still disappointing. The worst part was honestly the support. I asked for a refund for the 7-day product since I never even got to use it, and instead of trying to help, the support guy started being rude and literally told me to "stop playing dumb with me". They completely refused to refund my money, even though I never got to use the product. The funny thing is that they later disabled purchases for products that were updating to "prevent further trouble", but apparently it's completely my problem that I was allowed to buy one before they changed it. I understand that I should've checked the status more carefully, but that doesn't excuse the way support treated me. Definitely won't be buying from MadChad again. Terrible experience overall.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. First, we're sorry about the tone of the support conversation. That's not how we want anyone to be treated, and we've addressed it internally. Regarding the refund: the product was clearly marked as Updating on the product page and our live status page when you bought it, and as stated in our Refund Policy, delivered keys are final. To avoid this happening to anyone else, we've since disabled purchases on products while they are updating. Your 7 day key is still valid and will work as soon as the product is back online, so you haven't lost it. If you'd like help with it, just open the live chat on madchad.net and mention this review. Regarding the ban: no third party tool can be risk free, which is why we always recommend playing on a spare account. The MadChad Team

Every order on our store is delivered instantly and automatically the moment payment confirms, the key lands in your account and your email right away. There is no manual step that could leave someone waiting. We have no record of any failed delivery matching this. If you have an order number, open a ticket at discord.gg/madchad and we'll show you exactly when your key was issued. Without one, readers can draw their own conclusion.

Injected cheats on arc raiders, verified the cheat menu worked in lobby. Couldn't play at that time so I got off and returned a couple hours later. Without ever joining a match and with only opening the game 1 time I was perm banned. Very frustrating, bought the cheat the same day for a 7 day pass too...

Thanks for the honest review, and sorry you got hit. This one isn't about delivery, it's a detection issue on Arc Raiders, and we'd rather own that than brush it off. Anti-cheats push silent detection waves, and even opening the game once in a flagged window can catch an account. We track status for exactly this reason. Please open a ticket at discord.gg/madchad with your order, our support will go through what happened and look after you. We don't leave paying customers hanging on something like this.

Bought cheats worked for an hour then suddenly my game kept crashing, also bought a spoofer to help prevent me getting banned and in my service i paid for them to set up my account, (they say spoofer if bought will be installed.) i was just told to set it up myself. glad i paid there service fee. tried using support, and everytime i asked quiestions on how to fix the crashing i was straight up told to use google. awesome. dont recommend buying unless you feel like donating x amount of money, thank you kylie and soi

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry. This is not the experience we want anyone to have. You paid for our setup service, and if a spoofer is part of the order, our team installs it for you. That should have happened, and being told to look things up yourself is not the support we promise. We've reviewed this internally with the team. We'd like to make it right: we can fix the crashing with you, finish the spoofer setup at no extra cost, or refund the setup fee, whichever you prefer. Please open a ticket on our website or message us on Discord and mention this review, and we'll take care of you personally.

Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We take every report seriously, so we'd like to look into this properly. We couldn't match your review to an order yet. Please open a ticket on our website (the "Open a ticket" button at the bottom right) or on our Discord, with your order number or the email you used, and our team will review it as a priority. About detection: no cheat provider can guarantee zero risk, which is why we show the live status of every product on our Status page before you buy, and why we recommend following our safety guide. If your key was affected, tell us in the ticket and we'll check what happened and what we can do. Thanks for the feedback, it helps us improve. — MadChad Team
