Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate the opportunity we had to collaborate and value open feedback.
For clarity, a month ago, you initially left a positive review reflecting that the collaboration felt like a good fit. After the partnership was terminated, that review was later amended to reflect a negative experience. As a medical telehealth company, we operate under strict compliance and advertising standards. The partnership was terminated after you published content describing the medication as “easy weight loss.” That specific phrase directly conflicts with our brand messaging and medical compliance guidelines. We do not promote quick fixes, effortless results, or guaranteed outcomes. Our position has always been that GLP-1 medications are tools that support sustainable lifestyle change, and individual results vary.
Because we are in the healthcare space, we must hold firm boundaries around messaging to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and patient trust. When content goes against those standards, we are required to take corrective action. That decision was based solely on brand integrity and compliance, not on your health situation or the pace of your personal results.
We are sorry you experienced a kidney stone episode and hope you are feeling much better. Health challenges are never easy.
We remain committed to responsible communication, transparency, and patient safety, and we wish you the best moving forward.
