I spent some time with Owen on chat…
I spent some time with Owen on chat today and he's been more helpful than every other live chat agent I've talked to combined. Honestly, this guy should be making sure everyone else is doing what he's doing. Genuinely helping & caring for the customer and trying their best to solve their issues. Unreal.
