My name is Robert and I’m 71 years old and I have arthritis in my knees, my lower back and in my neck and shoulders and in January of this year, I ended up having arthritis in my wrist. I ride my E bike four or five times a week and I work out and it was painful to work out sometime because of the arthritis in my wrist. I saw an ad on Facebook from magnet RX and decided to give them a try and I bought a double beaded magnet and copper bracelet because it looked pretty cool. I wore for a month or so and it seemed to relieve a lot of my arthritis pain but one of the magnetic beads broke so I e-mailed them and asked them if the other ones were going to do the same thing and if I could exchange it for another one. They e-mailed me back right away and told me that I could exchange it for another bracelet of my choice. I looked at their other bracelets and found one that was a little more expensive but it looked pretty nice. I went ahead and ordered it and asked him if they wanted me to send the other bracelet back and they said no I could keep it and I told him that I know the new bracelet is like $20 more if they wanted me to pay the difference they said no all they wanted to do was make sure I was happy. I was very ecstatic when I got the new bracelet because it’s beautiful and their customer service was exceptional. I didn’t have to send the other bracelet back or I didn’t have to send more money for the new bracelet. Sending back the old bracelet would have meant I had to go wrap it up and go to the UPS store and have it delivered, when they told me I didn’t need to send it back I was thrilled because I didn’t have to go through the hassle. Their customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody that has arthritis because the copper and magnetic bracelet work like a champ. My arthritis pain throughout my body is minimal and I would recommend them to anybody that has arthritis in their body. I was very happy with their service. I was very happy with the product. I can’t say enough about this. I would give them 10 stars if I was allowed to. Thank you magnet RX for your great customer service and your great product.

The bracelet looks beautiful and definitely reduces pain in my hands. It’s adjustable, so even a person with the tiny wrists can make it fit comfortably. The customer service experience is impressive! 5 star service

The two bracelets I ordered were beautiful and made so well! They have the best and most polite customer service I've experienced in a long time. I had to return one and they had my prepaid return sticker to me the same day. You can order from this company with confidence you will get quality products as well as being well taken care of by their stellar customer service.

Iv tried to send two items back as they are irritating my skin. I got to pay for them to go back plus they will only refund one item. So the 60 day policy they are saying on there website is a load of rubbish. Trading standards can deal with them. This company is a scam stay well away.!
