I recently had an issue with my bracelet which I contacted Customer Service about. And as far as I am concerned they went above and beyond to correct my issue ASAP. The bracelet didn’t fix everything overnight, but it made a real difference.

I was encouraged by my brother-in-law, who is a Podiatrist, to try Magnet Rx Spot Kit for my knee pain. I did. I actually ordered 2 kits and their insoles for my neuropathy. When I first received the product, I immediately placed them on my knee. The next day I removed then to clean them as instructed and got two of the magnets too close and they snapped together so hard that one magnet broke. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement kit within 3 days. Their customer support was incredible. I can’t wait to see how they work, but just by their customer support alone, I recommend them.
