I have tried other online boutique shops but Magnolia is my number 1 and favorite 1 stop shop online boutique. They always have the cutest clothes, and great sales. I always get compliments on my Magnolia Boutique pieces.

I had purchased from Magnolia a few years ago and thought of them recently when I wanted a few new items. Little did I realize they no longer accept returns for refunds, only store credit. My fault for not checking to see if anything changed, but I naively felt I could trust them. Unfortunately I shouldn’t have, because nothing looked at all like it did online. I know boutiques style things a certain way, but using all of these photo filters is basically false advertising. Now I’m stuck with store credit to a place I won’t shop any more. Wish I had checked reviews here first, and seen not only that others are unhappy, but that the store’s customer service responses to unhappy customers is basically “sucks to be you”.

Hi Sara! Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We truly appreciate your feedback. Although our return policy has always been for store credit, we certainly sympathize where you are coming from and can understand how much more convenient it is to receive a refund instead of store credit. We will share your suggestion with our leadership team in our next meeting. For now, please do not hesitate to contact us directly should you have any questions or concerns; [email protected].
