Hi Beth! Thanks so much for your kind words and feedback!

I was so excited to order from Magnolia Boutique however the tops were way too long for my frame. They have a strict no refund policy, they will accept exchanges. An exchange doesn’t seem to be the right course of action since it seems their clothes are meant for taller people. The person I spoke with was rude and condescending which prompted me to write this review. I would not recommend this retailer.

HI Sandy!! We’re so sorry that your order didn't quite work out as planned. We really do our best to ensure all the measurements are added to each item online, to give our customers as much up-front info as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes things just don't work out the way we hoped. Also, I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive a great experience when contacting us. Customer service is very important to us and I greatly apologize if that was not reflected appropriately when you reached out. Here's to hoping for better success in the future!! Thanks for the review.

Cute clothes but unfortunate for them they only sell clothes for smaller women. Probably a good thing for me after reading the reviews on here.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. We're so sorry you had a negative experience. We do strive to ensure our customer experience is positive. With sizing, we do try to provide as much up-front information as possible on our product pages to help customers with their decision. We hope you give us another shot down the road. Especially since we're trying to expand our sizing. Keep in mind, we do offer both free shipping and free returns if something doesn't seem right with your order.

Following suite like most of the bad reviews.. I should have obviously done my research. I ordered a size up on a dress for my baby shower, but since it’s not maternity fit it just wasn’t proportional to my body. I never buy online clothes but it was for a special occasion, and never dreamed that an online store where you can’t try things on would CHOKE HOLD YOU into store credit, where another item would not fit my maternity body proportionally.. I feel completely robbed. Emailed with the customer service Manager Traci who was completely rude. I understand I made a mistake not reading the policy, but I was willing to ship the item out the next day, even would have accepted a half refund but she was ruthless and said she would use all my emails as proof to fight any credit card claims I made to fight the purchase. I went through Chase and PayPal and although both merchants felt for my situation.. they said their hands were tied because of a written policy the website has on returns. I truly think this place only stays in business because of their scam like ways. It’s a shame to have to rely on making an income that way. I tried leaving terrible comments on numerous Instagram posts of theirs but they end up getting removed. Not to mention the clothes feel like they’re from China for $64 bucks.

Hi Brittany! Thanks so much for your review! Although we are not able to locate an email where you offered to return your item for a refund, you are more than welcome to take advantage of our FREE returns and send your item back for credit as shared previously with you. However, we still are not showing that you have returned your item. Here is the link to get you started but you can also locate it on our site under Returns & Exchanges: https://www.indiefashionboutique.com/return-form/ Hopefully you can understand that we are unable to offer you a credit or any exceptions when you have not returned your item. Thanks again for the review!

poor quality and "free shipping and returns in the US" is misleading adverting - only can return for store credit! DO NOT BUY from here unless you are 100% certain you want to keep it.

I had a great experience with this online store. I got a really cute dress that was very simple and fit well. Before you order read about their return policy/size exchange. If you have any question just contact them, unlike many other online stores Magnolia is quick to respond within a few days and very easy to communicate with. (Audrey was awesome!) I will be shopping here again and recommending it to my friends.

I agree with the bad reviews. Quality of clothing is cheap and they do not give refunds for returned items. That is such a scam. There are many other places that have much better quality clothing and will refund money if the item needs to be returned. Goodbye!
