I purchased my bathroom vanity and shower column from main faucet. Delivery was fast and product was exceptional. I would recommend that you use them for you next home purchases.

Sink was great except I never got the rinse racks
We love our sink. When I ordered it, I got a call telling me that the rinse racks wouldn't be ready to order yet, so I told them to send the sink without the racks and then ship the racks when they were ready. A couple weeks passed and I contacted main faucet to get the rinse racks shipped to me. I told them we had moved and gave them the new address. I was assured they would be mailed to the new address. The rinse racks were shipped and delivered but NOT to my address. I contacted Main Faucet twice about this and they were 'supposed to get back to me' about it both times. So, maybe someone somewhere is enjoying my rinse racks in their sink instead. I would really love to have them!

Do not use MainFaucet.com
MainFaucet.com sold me Shower column for $493.They knew, that this product was not approved in the state of Massachusetts. I return this project, which I could not use in my State. MainFaucet.com reduced refund by $ 174. MainFaucet.com is making profit, using unfair practices, with full knowledge of product restriction existing in different states.

State and local building codes vary from place to place. We provide all certification information for all the products we sell. Please consult with your contractor before purchase to make sure products you buy are compliant with your local building codes. We follow all federal building codes for the products we sell. As clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions: it is customer's responsibility to make sure products purchased comply with local building codes. If a product is UPC certified, it will say so on our product description page, and you can buy it with confidence that it will comply with all building codes. However, many of the products in the market, including new and unique products do not have UPC certification. In those cases, consult with your contractor to make sure you will be able to install it. Returns that are NOT due to damage/defective products or incorrect product description, will incur 2-way shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged incorrect products!!! Poor customer service!!!! Still do not have the products I ordered!!!!
I ordered vanities months ago, and was sent incomplete products, damaged products, and the wrong products, again and again. Several months later and I am left with items I did not order and poor customer service to correct the issue. I still have not received the correct items or an undamaged product. Very disappointed in this company's lack of response, and I am out a lot of cash left with crap!!!

We sincerely apologize for the prolonged issue you have had with your purchase. All products that we sell on our store are sealed in the box from manufacturer. We do not open or repackage products. In the rare instances where products do get damaged during transit, we take care of replacing the damaged products for you. This particular vanity was shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, and I am not sure why they sent you the wrong mirror twice. We will contact the manufacturer again to find out why they have been shipping you the wrong mirror. Please bear with us, and we sincerely apologize for all the hassle this has caused.

No hassle low price
Was looking for a 3 sided glass shower enclosure. Found what I was looking for at the lowest price on Main Faucet. Delivery was prompt and no broken pieces. Could not be happier with my purchase.

I already knew what products I wanted for our new house before turning to this website. I did a search for the product and MainFaucet provided the lowest prices and free shipping to boot! Very quick delivery and no damage to the goods. No complaints and would easily use again.
