can't wait to use my new faucet
Faucet arrived in perfect condition and fast. Have had to wait to have other work done before installing it. Looking forward to when it is all finished. Thank you for all your help.

Good selection and price, products listed as in stock and available for quick, free shipping
I look for the following when online shopping: Do they have the product that I'm looking for? Do they have the best price for that product? Do they provide a good description of the product so I know what I'm getting? Do they let you know if the product is in stock and ready for shipment? Do they provide free shipping? After ordering, do they list the status of the shipment and provide a tracking number? Main faucet provided all of the above, so I was satisfied with the purchase.

Not 1 once if customer service with this company
Terrible company to deal with! $2000 shower arrived damaged. Called company with the truck driver still in site. States imust accept delivery or completely destroyed shower or they would bill me for shipping. Took 2 weeks to get replacement shower and further delayed my customers bath remodel. Made little attempt to correct situation. Company would call back when they said they would

We sincerely apologize for the trouble. All products that we ship are sealed in the box from manufacturer and we do not repackage products before they ship. In general these heavy glass shower doors / enclosures are well packaged by the manufacturer and we rarely have instances where they get damaged during transit. But in the rare instance where they do get damaged during transit, we have to arrange for the item to be returned back to our warehouse and ship out a replacement for you. In cases where the entire product is damaged, you can refuse shipment. But in your case, the glass enclosure itself was intact, the damage was with the box of accessories. We requested you to accept delivery, so we can just ship you replacement for the accessories, and not the whole enclosure. We sincerely apologize for the delay this has caused you.

Easy ordering experience
I ordered a kitchen sink for our kitchen remodel and it arrived on time, packaged well and no damage. We haven't installed the sink yet, so hopefully everything goes well, but so far so good! I would definitely order from Main Faucet again.

Very fast shipping and great quality!
So I needed a new faucet for my bathroom remodel and I couldn't find anything from Kohler that I really liked. Everything was old looking and not modern at all. In comes mainfaucet.com with the thousands of faucets to the rescue. I found exactly the modern style faucet I was looking for to compliment my bathroom remodel.

reasonable, fast, and accurate listings
What you see is what you get. The specs are all listed for reference, and the photos are accurate. Prices are lower than other sites, but the quality is the same. I had a question about a product and was given all the information I asked for quickly. I would buy again from here in a heartbeat.
