What a great experience dealing with MainFaucet.com....the guys are knowlegeable of their products and the prices are great compared to the big box stores. Just wish I had known about this place a few years ago...will definitely purchase through them again.... Ordered my sink one afternoon....was there a day and a half later....just great!! Many thanks guys.... Mark in north TX

No complaints, everything was right, and right on time.

My order sitting around for two weeks before it shipped even though the item was in stock. They said they didn't know why the warehouse didn't receive the order. I needed it in three days away so asked them to please expedite it because my contractor was waiting for the item. I called multiple times to confirm but they kept blowing me off with some B.S. assurance that I would receive it in the next couple days. It shipped (UPS GROUND) from the East Coast even though they promised it would arrive sooner...all lies.

I ordered a shower door and had it 3 days later. Much quicker than the door I ordered from another company. It was wonderful!

Ordered a shower door from Main Faucet much lower than the big stores. Called their customer service line they answered all our questions. We were pleased with our purchase and will order again from this Texas company.

We love the Kraus sink but were disappointed with the Kraus faucet. The faucet does not have a sprayer and when turned on splashes water everywhere. We purchased it as a set so when we asked to exchange the faucet we were told that we would have to return the sink and faucet and they were going to charge us a re-stocking fee. Not too happy about that.

First time I selected Main Faucet online because the price and terms of my order were suitable. But in process from ordering to delivery I recognized that it was very easy to order and receive the items I needed. Good customer service, clear contact information, emails on every step of process and very friendly suggestions when contact, fast delivery, easy to track. I really would recommend this company because I have not had any negative issues with a few my orders.

I ordered a bathroom faucet and upon receipt I noticed that it was imperfect (the faucet part was tilted to the side slightly, not pointing down). I called and was sent a new faucet within several days as a replacement, and did not have to return the original. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly.
