I have learned the hard way while doing a home remodel that good prices and nice products aren't enough. If an online company doesn't offer good customer service then I don't shop with them again. This company was great. After receiving and accepting delivery of a shower door in late March I found that my contractor had not checked all the contents for damage and the box that held all of the shower door railing had been run over by a forklift or something that left a tire track on the package. The delivery guy placed the box in the garage with the damaged side facing the wall so we didn't see it. It wasn't until the end of April that I discovered that all four of the metal railing pieces where bent and warped. When I called the Company I thought I was just going to have to reorder those parts and eat the cost. To my surprise when I told them my story they said, just send me pictures of the ruined parts and we will get you out new ones right away. It made my day. NO added expense, hassle or waiting for someone to get back to me. They really did go above and beyond for me. I will do my shopping there in the future if they have what I need.
