I bought a bathroom faucet with them because of their hassle free return policy, After the faucet arrived - my contractor told me the hot water line was broken and must be replaced. I quickly picked up a replacement at lowes so that my contractor is not stuck and requested for a return from the merchant. They refused my return request by saying the manufacturer is not authorizing my return (WHAT???). I told them it's their job to deal with the manufacturer and urge them to refund. I already agreed to pay 2-way- shipping to return the defective faucet despite there is no fault on my part. They failed to act/ respond. I ended up calling my credit card company to reverse this transaction. Will never come back again.

We received the doors in good shape, well packed. They are just what I wanted! They are well made, solid and I really like the extra thick glass. They slide well in the track. I was surprised at the quality because they were less expensive than the one I was debating on buying from a local big box store. These are a lot better made and look really high end. I would recommend these doors and also Main Faucet. The only problem we had was the instructions were hard to understand and some of the diagrams didn't show what we needed to know. We are experienced DIYers and have installed shower doors before. I think someone who had never installed shower doors before would have a really difficult time with them. Main Faucet was really helpful when we called with installation questions and was very knowledgeable in helping us. I would highly recommend Main Faucet!

I had issues with my vanity being help because of the west coast port strike. Faz in customer service was awesome! Found me a vanity VERY similar that I could get quickly and reduced the price to help make up the difference! The piece is awesome! Great price!

We are totally pleased with our bathroom vanity it is exactly as we pictured it, the total process was excellent, no issues at all, would definitely purchase from Main Faucet again.

Nice to deal with a company that looks after their customers and does not send you to India or Manilla for customer support.
