No new growth after 6 month consistent daily use . Trying to get refund after sending pics throughout but they keep claiming they can’t find the 1st charge from 6 months ago which I’ve shown multiple times . ***update9/2 after this review they claim to have found the original order refund. Awaiting *** Fake digital creator ads showing ridiculous fake growth. Unfortunately I saw these ads after months of use which adds insult

No advance warning of upcoming subscription charge only a post subscription notification. Therefore, no opportunity to cancel future unwanted charge until after one more unwanted charge is completed.
