I bought two fragrances from them for the first time. When I received my order, I found that they were authentic and smelled great. Jhames from customer service was exceptional. Yes, my order was delayed, and their carrier wasn’t responsive, but if they change carriers in the future, that will be extra credit for them. I’ll definitely buy from them again.

After reading several negative reviews about Mapleprime.com on Trustpilot, I was initially a little hesitant to place an order. Some customers reported extended shipping delays, counterfeit fragrances, damaged bottles due to inadequate packaging, and disappointing customer service. However, I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and my personal experience with Mapleprime was nothing short of excellent! On September 27th, I placed an order for Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau Le Parfum Intense Eau de Parfum (4.2 oz) and immediately received an order confirmation email that same day. On October 1st, I received my shipping confirmation, and by October 8th, my fragrance had arrived safely at my doorstep. Here's what impressed me most: Authenticity: The fragrance I received is 100% authentic, exactly as advertised. Packaging: My order arrived securely packaged, with the fragrance bottle safely protected and in perfect condition. Shipping: From placing my order to delivery, the entire process took just 11 days, with timely email updates along the way. Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication throughout the ordering process. While I certainly cannot speak for the experiences of other customers, I can confidently say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. It's easy for negative experiences to dominate online reviews, which is precisely why I wanted to take the time to share mine. Businesses deserve recognition when they deliver on their promises. Mapleprime delivered exactly what I ordered: an authentic designer fragrance, securely packaged, with clear communication and a smooth purchasing experience. I would absolutely consider purchasing from Mapleprime again and would recommend giving them a fair opportunity based on my experience. Thank you, Mapleprime, for a fantastic first purchasing experience!
