Customer service is very good. Staff friendly and they stand behind their products. You can tell it's family run. Definitely would recommend their probiotics. Lots of research and developing done by the company's founder. I was able to pick up the probiotics at their office since I live close by.

It appears that it is only after I place an orders discount is offered. Either that, my previous order just happens to be coincidentally running out too soon.
