Companywide, on average, we present matches every 4-6 weeks. If we cannot identify a match in that time we at least aim to communicate our efforts and reassure our client that our search is still underway. We endeavor to make quality introductions as quickly as possible, but we can't force a fit or compromise our client's criteria. Fortunately for our clients our contracts don't expire, so we are committed to continuing our search as long as it takes to produce the number of matches promised. If we suggest a match that is far away its because our client told us they are open to distance.

We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide excellent service to every client. However, I vigorously deny this accusation. This reviewer states that they are leaving the review under a fake name and fake email address, so we obviously can't verify that this review even comes from an actual client of ours. To clarify our practices: We have never threatened or intimidated any client for leaving honest feedback. We welcome constructive criticism as it helps us improve our services. However, we reserve the right to discontinue service when a business relationship becomes untenable if a client is disparaging us. Our contracts clearly outline our service process, timelines, and policies, which all clients review and acknowledge before signing. We maintain regular communication with all of our active clients through multiple channels and encourage everyone to check their voicemail and junk/spam folders to ensure they are receiving our outreach. We are proud of our track record and the many successful relationships we've helped facilitate. Our commitment is to providing quality, compatible matches rather than rushing introductions that don't meet our clients' specified criteria.
