Not my first order
Not my first order, MA could do a lot better with shipping , products are fantastic but service is lacking,

I’ll try them again…
Well I ordered a stripped upper for my new build and paid for two day shipping….. that being said it took me almost 9 days to receive my item. Not only that, the holes for the take down pins are slightly off making it very difficult to assemble the upper and lower receiver which is also Matrix Arms. I’m gonna buy one more upper and lower receiver from them to see if maybe it was a fluke on machining. I will say the machining and coating is very good.

Sold me blems but whatev
Ordered 2 G19 slides. Website showed they were in stock but it took 10 days before they shipped. I tried contacting Matrix Arms via their website contact form and also by phone but received no response. When I received the slides the DLC finish showed blemishes on both. Not gonna bother reaching out to them. I'm using a kagwerks slide release which will mar the slide anyway so whatever, gun still looks good.
