Excellent product, but communication was a bit lacking.

I came across Matrix somehow online looking for PCC's. I did some research and liked that it was a smaller company with their own proprietary items not some knock off of someone else's stuff. I took a chance and ordered the 9mm PCC and a MX1 custom frame with 2 separate slides. It took a little while before I was able to go pick up my new toys. The order was missing one of the slides and I spoke to the rep Allen that day! I have full confidence that they'll make it right. No big deal in reality. I haven't had the chance to let them loose yet but the quality and precision of the pieces is 1st class. Along with the customer service. I can't wait to put them to the test ASAP!!

The fit and feel of the upper and lower are amazing, especially for the price. Only thing I’ve seen is that most anti drift pins for trigger assemblies don’t tighten down to the frame. Still function as intended. Would definitely buy again.

Products delivered were great. Got what I was looking for. The only issue was getting in contact with Matrix about my order. This did finally happen, but I would recommend finding a better way to allow customers to communicate with staff.

Bought a stripped lower from them, shipped quick and the product is great and very affordable. Called them with questions and got immediate responses. Only down one star because contacting them by email didn't work and their website is a bit of a mess. Still highly recommended!

Great product. The gen2 upper/lowers look great. Only downfall is 3-4 weeks to get order. Plan ahead for shipping time.

I purchased a dual receiver in December 2025. It took me a few weeks to get a response from the owner on the order. It finally came, and I have several questions regarding the BCG as well as failure to secure a loaded mag. I sent several emails, left messages finally got answers. The owner said they have been swamped, which is a good thing of sorts. I will consider getting another and hopefully it will be processed better.
