Fairly simple and straightforward, technology was a little sub-optimal, as the video link would not allow to manipulate the picture in picture, or reverse the camera when necessary. Advice was spot-on and helped out immediately. On balance, would definitely do this again.

MD Live is so quick and easy especially when it takes way too long to get an appointment to see your personal physician. I tend to use MD Live for my small medical needs instead of making an appointment with my PCP.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY COOL !!!!! Easy to do, well, to be honest, my wife did the paperwork, so to speak, fill in the blank questions...handed me the phone and the doctor was great. He actually cared about my welfare. Who knew there was such as this to offer?!!!! Great idea, fabulous individuals !!!!

As might be expected the initial setup, adding personal information wasn’t the smoothest process. After that the appointment and doctor’s consultation went very well. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes. The Dr. was friendly, clear and detailed. I likely saved a couple of hours and never had to leave my work from home. I assume that future appointments will be even better since I’m setup now. I do recommend this service.

Using MDLive has been a real relief- I was having a really difficult time finding a provider who took my insurance in my area that had appointments within ~3 months, and with MDLive I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The customer service line was also super nice and helpful with figuring out an insurance/pharmacy issue (and it was an actual person who helped me and I wasn't on hold for an hour Haha).
