The connection was good, the medical provider was empathetic and listened. He was courteous and respectful. His treatment recommendation was to go to an Urgent care or use large doses of acetaminophen because they could not prescribe pain medication or muscle relaxants. While he was very pleasant to speak with, this was completely a waste of my time and money.

Last week was my first time using MD Live. I was impressed how easy it was to set up an appointment the same day. It was also easy to connect over video. The doctor I saw was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I only wish I had started using MD Live sooner.

First experience using this option for medical advice. Easy to schedule and connect with a Dr via video call. Convenient. Would use again and recommend to others.

The website for MDLive was intuitive and easy to navigate. The response of receiving a call from an available provider was outstanding at about 8 minutes. The care provided was oustanding and the provider themselves, friendly and knowledgable!
