Very quick, outstanding service. I was on the phone with a physician in less than 15 minutes, diagnosed, prescription sent to my pharmacy, and off the phone in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this service.

I used this service for the first time last week and was very satisfied with each person that helped me to reach the end result. Everyone was very kind and compassionate and actually listened to me (the patient) describe my symptoms and treated my symptoms accordingly. I feel 100% better today as a result of quick and efficient medical care my team provided. I will definitely use this service again as well as recommend it to others.

After calling MDLive and speaking with an intake person who was very cordial and who spoke exceptionally clearly, I received a call back within approximately five minutes. I had a unique situation regarding the coronavirus and involving our whole family. The dr., who was clearly knowledgeable about the virus, precautions, latest CDC quarantine recommendations, etc., was very helpful in advising me what steps we should take. I appreciated her expertise, patience and thoroughness.
