This is the best thing right now. I knew I didn't have covid but knew I did need atb for a sinus infection.

MDLive was so much easier than I expected. I have avoided using it for the last couple of years. This time I downloaded the app, a doctor called me, and my prescriptions were called in within 20 minutes! It was efficient and simple.

Dr. Silverstein was excellent. I felt like he was genuinely concerned and very knowledgeable. I had the necessary prescription antibiotic within hours... Very satisfied!

The experience was good with one exception. The person who registered me over the phone, misspelled my first name, even though I spelled it out for her. Being a medical biller myself, I know how vital it is to get demographic information correct so the claims will get paid the first time they are filed so there is less stress for everyone involved. I ended up having to call customer support to have them fix my name because the MDLive web site would NOT let me correct the spelling of my own name on my own account. All this caused unneeded stress. Other than that issue, I found MDLive to be a very good experience. Saved me time and money. Most importantly, I could continue working while waiting on the doctor to call me back - instead of wasting my time and losing money on my paycheck by driving to the Dr office and waiting a long time to actually see/speak with the Dr.

I have on several occasions utilized the services of MDLIVE. I have always been able to speak with a doctor within five minutes but usually within just one minute. The doctors are extremely professional and expedient. They send my prescription to my local pharmacy who notifies me when pickup is available. MDLIVE is an invaluable service that save me time in a waiting room and I don’t have to miss work.

From start to finish the process was very easy. I spoke to the doctor within a few minutes of scheduling. He asked me a series of questions, I shared a picture during the scheduling which he was able to see prior to our call. It worked great! Had a script called in and that night I was able to get the medicine in my eye.
