I was experiencing a pinched nerve in my neck and opted to utilize my MDLIVE benefit provided by Medi-Share. I was expecting to have a long bureaucratic process to talk with a doctor, but instead I found it to be simple, quick, and effective. My doctor asked me the appropriate medical questions, confirmed my medical history and provided me with a prescription to help alleviate my symptoms. Being in significant pain from my situation, I was so thankful to have the thoughtful and considerate advice of my assigned doctor. Thank you MDLIVE for doing telehealth visits the right way!

After missing the initial call I called back & was given another appointment immediately. Doc was knowledgeable and helped ease my mind. Having MS, I was a bit worried about the fatigue I was experiencing with COVID. I'm almost 100% better today! Still waiting on my taste and smell to be completely back, but she explained it could takes weeks!
