Between my doctor and my Pharmacy, I was getting no medication at all. I finally tried this, and I had my medications the very same day. The relief alone was incredible.

First try at Tele-med visit .. felt like a call trying to sell me an extended used car warranty. Being a healthy middle aged male, I know when I am getting a sinus infection and what has been prescribed and worked to resolve issues in the past. What should have been a simple you have a sinus infection and we will call in an antibiotic turned into a Covid screening process. Guessing one may get paid extra for a covid diagnosis? End result no meds prescribed recommended flo.nase or over the counter.. guessing I could have made that decision myself .. so tomorrow I go to for exposure in the covid pool at my local health provider to get my standard evaluation and prescription. Not liking this new socialism medical process.

Although I've had several positive experiences with MDLive doctors, the one I had this morning was a complete waste of time. I have a sinus infection that always requires an antibiotic. However, the doctor I spoke to this morning was completely condescending. She said to use a sinus rinse, a humidifier and to take Afrin. Seriously? As if I couldn't have googled that information myself! She told me to quarantine and get a Covid test, so my symptoms must be serious enough for that, but she repeatedly refused an antibiotic. Shame on her and shame on MDLive for hiring her.

I have this available to me through my insurance for a few years now but have just recently used it a couple of times. I am so beyond grateful for MDlive! I do not have to make an appointment at an office, get ready, drive to a location only to get the answer that I could get through MDLIVE. The first time I used it the Dr on the other end’s accent was very heavy and very difficult to understand but he was very nice and helpful. I will definitely continue to use this website as long as it is available to me!

I received great care. The physician called exactly at the time of my appointment. She was kind and knowledgeable and treated me for the ailment I was experiencing. My prescription was ready quickly too. Would definitely recommend and if I need to would definitely use again.

I love using MDLIVE! It’s so easy! Doctors always call me within 10 minutes. I haven’t had a appointment with a doctor I didn’t like.:)

I was prescribed one type of medication but my I insurance didn’t honor that particular brand. I called the nurse and she fixed the problem!
