I video chatted with the doctor during my 15 min break. from sign-in to finish only took 10 min!!! Medicine was at pharmacy ready to be picked up when I gT off work!!! A++++

Developed a UTI and had an MDLive appointment. Was easy enough, and picked up my prescription the same day from my local pharmacy. Noticed the next day that only 5 days of antibiotic were prescribed, when in the past, I've been given 10 days due to a hereditary factor. PDR says course is 7 days. Called back 3 days after appointment to get 2-5 more days prescription and nurse declined. I was asking for an antibiotic, not a painkiller. lol What a waste of $55. Now I have to pay another $200 to $300 for an appointment to see my primary care in addition to the wasted $55 for MDLive.
