being out of state at my sons house and no pcp near me, it was a blessing to have access to physician live and esp at the after hours time. Rx picked up that night at my chain pharmacy as well, CVS. Thumbs up

The most difficult part was handling the beginning of the set up on the iPad. I’m guessing it’s meant for another iOS. The Dr. was awesome. He was succinct, empathetic and seemed quite knowledgeable. The entire appointment took about five minutes. Much better to spend my wait time in my own home as opposed to a germy waiting room. All together a good experience.

This was the easiest doctor "visit" ever. Getting started was a bit confusing as the Gal thought I was already in their system. She was so patient though. All I needed was a prescription refill, so really no effort on the doctor's end. I got what I needed so five stars.

I thought I had strep or a major sinus infection. Had tried MDLive once prior but not much luck. The Dr. was very helpful and having pics/video adding to the experience as I felt more comfortable that my ailment could be treated. Very happy w/service.
