When I first logged in for the first time it took a while to get through all the approvals etc. Once I got everything set up it worked very smoothly.

Very convenient and easy service to use. I have a personal aversion to going to the doctor but this service makes it fast and painless to get a medical opinion. I will definitely be using this again in the future and really recommend to anyone as a great alternative to going to seeing a doctor in person. Great option during a pandemic as well as any other time. The only possible criticism I could have would be a more detailed explanation for what to expect with an offered prescription. Otherwise, great service.

The response was almost immediate for a doctor to call and respond to my uploaded pics of my black eye. The doctor was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful!
